Our design philosophy has always been that of “form following function.” Every project always starts with a space needs analysis to determine the amount of built area needed. With that information, a relationship analysis of those spaces is done, and from that the floor plan is developed. At this time, the relationships of the spaces to the site are studies, and finally, the vertical relationships of spaces are considered. The final building design and form come from these analyses.
